Every man is born with the basic inalienable right of health and access to health care facilities.
Unfortunately such is not the case in all of our remote village settlements and rural units. We
have pledged to make health care for all, a bare minimum for our communities.
We have arranged health camps with excellent medical staff for our village communities.
We would like to specially mention Dr. Hadi, who selflessly treats our children from
Pandhari for free and those from other villages at minimum costs.
We have extremely kind health care and ASHA workers who work to treat our special
cases, bouts of infections, illnesses, engage in prompt medical interventions, supply
necessary medicines and drugs.
We have set up an Arogya health centre for women and have organised demonstrations
and workshops and checkups for our women and their gynaecological, ovarian and
uterine health. We specially emphasise on the health of our lactating and pregnant
mothers, their post natal and postpartum health and nourishment. Our doctors from
Kasbekar Hospital have played a vital role in improving the health of our women.
COVID- 19 has clobbered and derailed all our social and economic units, but rural India
has foundered the most in the pandemic. Our medical practitioners and health care
workers are striving daily, in the most remote parts of the state, with barren means and
equipment and treating almost 50 patients in a single day.
